RETAINED ASSIGNMENT
Our client was is a well established real estate developer in Europe & Russia. They are a fast-growing real estate developer dedicated to creating exceptional residential properties. They are looking to expand their team and have ambitious growth plans to be a leading developer in the Gulf over the next few years.
*The role would not be suited to an individual who was responsible for a workforce above 100+ employees. At this stage, we require an individual who is comfortable working for a SME*
The Role
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, budgeting, corporate culture development, event planning, and HR systems maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Conduct recruitment efforts independently and collaborate with recruitment agencies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to employment.
- Address and resolve complex employee issues, complaints, and conflicts effectively.
- Oversee payroll processes and manage compensation and benefits reviews.
- Develop and maintain the personnel budget for the year, conducting monthly updates and analyzing deviations.
- Build and cultivate a positive corporate culture through effective communication plans, non-material motivation programs, and action plans.
- Plan and execute corporate events aimed at fostering employee engagement and team building.
- Maintain HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Arrange and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure consistent application of company HR policies across all departments.
- Maintain up-to-date organization charts and employee directories.
- Partner with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR
- CIPD would be advantageous
- Worked for reputable companies, blue-chip etc (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience as HR manager 10+ years, including minimum 5 years in UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary package is circa AED 30-35,000 per month
