Our client is a large family group based in Bahrain. They operate in the field of real estate, construction, manufacturing & oil and gas. They have a vacancy which is part of their HSE department, reporting into the HSE of the construction division. This is a corporate role based at the head office. Duties and responsibilities

Requirements Education. Associates degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business administration and/ or auditing.
Related Experience Past experience in writing company policies and related procedures (essential)
The ideal candidate will have at least ten years’ experience of working in similar industry environments, undertaking tasks comparable to this role.
Experienced Internal and External Auditor (auditing experience essential)
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and manufacturing
Basic understanding of corporate governance for publicly listed companies
Other qualifications and attributes (preferred but not all essential) Industry recognised qualifications in risk management
IRCA registered ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Internal AuditorExtensive knowledge of ISO requirements and developments Excellent communication skills – both written and oral Excellent people management skills Strong influencing and coaching skills Being analytical and able to interpret data to produce clear and concise reports Proficient in the use of microsoft office with more advanced IT skills Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines (essential) Experience of delivering in-house training for effective execution of Business Systems essential Salary package shall be discussed for the right candidate.
