Our client is a well established real estate developer in Eastern Europe. They are a fast-growing real estate developer dedicated to creating exceptional residential properties with a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. They are at the forefront of shaping Dubai's real estate landscape. 

For this role, you will be the client side representative, alongside being the Project lead from the contracting side. Experience of similar situation would be highly advantageous.

The project is a high spec residential project G+10, based in central Dubai, not far from Sports City. Handover is scheduled quarter 4 of 2028.

The Candidate

You will have a 'can do' attitude, be a self starter who is willing to lead & educate their team. As an experienced Project Manager, you should be a natural problem solver who can  trouble shoot problems calm, confidentially & be able to influence your team with such attitude. 

You will be responsible for leading stake holder meetings, communicating to the GM & CEO on a regular basis with updates on the projects finanicals.

The Role

• BSc Civil Engineering

• [Mandatory] Must have delivered at least 2 projects for a tier 1, reputable contracting business

• G+ Unlimited licence (essential) for government project

• As Senior Project Manager you will lead the full life cycle of multiple construction projects, managing the project to handover. You are the middle man between the development arm of the business, and the contracting side. 

• You are number 1 on the job contractually, you are responsible for delivering the project, on time. You will be reporting into the General Manager of both the development arm & construction division. 

• Your main objective is ensure that both parts of the business work together in harmony, under your guidance and professional influence & experience. 

Salary is circa AED 40,000 per month + car + visa + medical
